📌 Ordering Guidelines
🛒 Preorders Only
All orders placed through this site are considered preorders. Merchandise is produced and delivered based on these preorders — no additional stock will be available after the preorder period ends.
📅 Order Deadline
The preorder deadline is the last week of February each year. This allows time for production and delivery before the end of the spring semester.
Orders placed after the deadline will be processed in the following year's preorder cycle — so be sure to place your order on time!
🚚 Distribution Timeline
Merchandise will be distributed between March and April.
Pick-up will be available during Voorhees Choir rehearsals and at the Spring Concert.
🌍 Delivery Options
If you are not affiliated with Rutgers or unable to pick up your order during the Spring Concert, you can request delivery.
Additional delivery fees may apply depending on the delivery location.
Be sure to include your full mailing address when choosing the delivery option.
